In March, we received a letter explaining that grass cutting service would occur weekly and the the amount will be pre-paid at the beginning of the month. The price of each service increased by 20% from the previous year. On March 29, I sent payment of $200 to the business for four cuts in April. The business provided the agreed upon service April 14 and did not return until May 5th. On May 6th, I contacted the business and requested they return the $100 credit on my account within a week’s time as well as to terminate our business relationship. I contacted the business again on May 18 to request payment. The owner sent me multiple text messages that indicated he would not be returning these funds.
